EPDM can be used outdoors and is used for waterproof seals. The 2t may have some slight warping, but we have a lot of experience with seal processing.
It is an ethylene propylene rubber with excellent weather resistance. When used outdoors, it is one of the most commonly used rubbers. We have materials for punching in stock, so please inquire about thickness and other details.

The material used is silicone rubber, which is safe, hygienic, and resistant to aging. (Please note that the socket waterproof packing is not completely waterproof, so when using it in areas exposed to water, waterproof treatment such as caulking should be applied.)
The "non-collapsing" waterproof packing, which can almost eliminate permanent deformation even with long-term use, significantly reduces the frequency of waterproof packing replacements!
High resilience ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) ensures that even with long-term use as a waterproof packing, it "does not lose its shape"! By utilizing this feature, it is possible to significantly reduce the frequency of packing replacements. As a material, EPDM excels in chemical resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance. Its inherent elasticity as sponge rubber, combined with the characteristic of "not losing shape" and a certain load response, allows it to be utilized as a "damping material." High resilience rubber sponge has an extremely small permanent deformation strain, providing excellent shape retention.
